Fitness, Stitching and Public Speaking are a key part of my life. My approach to life is "in it to win it"; from bodybuilding, cross stitching, sewing to public speaking. I believe everyone has their own version of an athlete inside of them, a creative side and a unique personality that makes us all interesting. I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and find the "IT" within you and express it in ways that bring you joy and peace.

October To Finish List!
Two projects I finished in 2009. These will be framed, I think. Still debating on Christmas tree; may make it into a pillow.
